演讲嘉宾简介：何佳教授1988年获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院金融财务学博士学位。曾任中国证券监督管理委员会规划发展委员会委员、深圳证券交易所综合研究所所长、深圳证券交易所博士后工作站学术总指导、美国休斯顿大学终身教授。现任香港中文大学教授、清华大学双聘教授、中国香港特区政府大学研究基金评审委成员（RGC Panel member）、中国金融学会常务理事及学术委员会委员、中国金融工程学会顾问。何佳教授在Journal of Finance, European Finance Review, Journal of Business, Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Money and Finance等国际顶尖学术期刊和国内期刊《经济研究》、《金融研究》等权威学术期刊发表多篇学术论文。许多研究成果在American Finance Association, European Finance Association, American Accounting Association等国际会议和MIT, University of California, University of Southern California, McGill University, University of Pennsylvania等著名大学宣读。其研究成果被American Economic Review, Journal of Accounting Economics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis，Review of Financial Studies, University Chicago Law Review等国际顶尖学术期刊和专著引用。
